John (formally of Blackjack BBQ) will soon be serving his famous
BBQ at the Rooster. We're still working with John on the exact date, but
the plan is to start setting up on Sundays selling Ribs, Chicken, Pork
Butts, Beans,
Slaw and Texas Toast. He'll also be doing Friday Night Steaks.

Mind Ride Cycle Swap Meet
Roy is planning a parts swap meet for Saturday February 19th. Trailers
from various parts vendors will be set up behind the Rooster and there
are additional activities planned as well. So mark your calendar and we'll
keep you posted as details of the event unfold.
Rooster 2nd Annual Survival Party
We're starting to work on the details but mark your calendar for Saturday
February 26th for the 2nd Annual Bayard Rooster Survival Party.
Band will start at 1:00 and biker games will start at 2:00 and
free BBQ while it lasts.
If it's anything like our 1st party, you won't want to miss it!!!
